Dr. Sise discusses vascular injuries and care management, and the criteria (when/who/how) for vascular surgeries. Dr. Sise is a Clinical Professor of Surgery at UCSD School of Medicine and the Trauma Research and Education Medical Director at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, CA.
